Norbrook Properties is actively building a diverse portfolio across key popular cities and commuter towns that give good yields and are showing the most promising capital growth prospects.
Based in Berkshire, we are experienced in remote investing and utilising key localised property managers to provide fantastic homes to our target market of families and young professionals. We also remotely manage a few of our properties too.
We work hard to maintain a good blend of high cash flowing HMO properties, low maintenance new build houses and apartments as well as full back-to-brick and light refurbishment projects. We have experience in managing multiple completions and projects simultaneously.
Next Projects
Along side planning and managing our own self build project for our future main residence, we are always happy to talk all things property but we are actively looking for, commercial conversions opportunities including offices and shops with uppers. We are also actively seeking land with potential to build between 4 to 20 houses or apartments.
